Unlimited patience for work...

Here is a phrase I read recently in a book about writing

The "unlimited patience for work" was key to an author's success.

How unbelievably true this is for a writer. How unbelievably true this is for all of us doing any form of work.

Work being what it is sometimes it ain't fun. Ocassionally work is a grind, tedious and boring. In these moments we need patience for the work, and an unlimited amount of patience is often what we need.

Impatience with work will lead to boredom, frustration, sloppiness, distraction, or anger.

By endurance we conquer.

Endurance = unlimited patience.
